I'm very happy my neighbor referred me to Jake and Joe Duff, owners of Duffman Marine. I needed a lower unit for my Yamaha F300, and Jake was able to source a new pair of lower units for almost the cost of one at a large local dealership, which was huge. Communication was excellent from start to finish, everything happened exactly as promised, and now my Grady White is ready to run hard for another 1,500 hours. Saint Petersburg, Gulfport, and South Pasadena are lucky to have dedicated, honest marine mechanics growing their business in our area. On top of it all, Jake and Joe are genuinely great guys. Highly recommend Duffman Marine.

Jake came highly referred and now I know why. I recently used him to hang a new motor and replaced the helm on my flat boat. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and especially good about keeping me updated and suggesting options. I have found my new Marine mechanic.

We had our 2014 Robalo serviced and couldn't be more impressed with the work our mechanic did. He was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, kept us updated, and treated our boat like it was his own. The Robalo is running better than ever, and the quality of the service truly shows. It's hard to find someone you can fully trust with your boat, but we're grateful we found him. Highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable and skilled boat mechanic!

If you are from Saint Petersburg or Tampa Bay area and you were looking For a top-notch best mechanic in the city you found them. I Originally brought my boat in to get 3 Steering wheels and 3 controls wired up on a time crunch and Jake and the crew knocked me out in Just a couple days. I ran the boat and everything worked great without any hiccups other than I blew my old 2004 2stroke. I texted DuffMan At 7 in the morning told them I only had a couple days before season And I needed a new Yamaha 4stroke Within an hour, he had already quoted me for both engines I was looking at. I could not be more pleased with the price or the quality of the work. These guys will be my mechanics for years to come thank you very much for all your help.

If you have a Yamaha motor and need work done, this is where you need to go! The owner is as genuine and knowledgeable as you can find. Duffman marine was referred to my fiance and I after numerous failed attempts to troubleshoot our Mercury Mariner engine issues. Although he does not do repairs on this type of engine, Jake quickly called back to help. He was generous with his time... Listened to our issues, troubleshooting attempts, and offered alternative ways to fix our problem. He was even reassuring that the source of our problem is not unique to new boaters in Tampa Bay, but to experienced ones as well. On top of it all, he made a recommendation for someone who worked on our type of motor without any compensation. Just shows a lot about his character and how willing he is to help those in his community. I would highly recommend.
